Next working day delivery  (temporarily unavailable)
Subject to stock availability, we will despatch orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm from our warehouse on the same day and book the consignment for next working day delivery with our couriers. Problems with courier delivery are impossible to rule out however, so we recommend placing orders in good time.

APC
APC are endeavouring to do their best to ensure parcels are delivered next day (currently 2-4 working days). However, there is potential for up to a 48 hour delay in delivery. Peak days which maybe effected are identified as Mondays input for Tuesday delivery following the weekend.
Free delivery when you spend £150 or more
Please note, the £150 threshold for free delivery must exclude VAT.
Wallcur Practi-range
A minimum order spend of £40 across the Wallcur Practi-range is required. Orders are shipped within 10-14 days.
Items sent with specific leave safe instructions in the Special Instruction Field:
- Drivers will leave this in a safe place, with a card through the door stating where the parcel has been left
- Drivers will take a photograph showing the parcel and surrounding environment to help identify locationÂ
Product Availability
Please note that despatch is subject to stock availability - We will despatch any items that are in stock within your order as soon as possible. If one or more of your items are not in stock, we will be in touch with details of expected restock and delivery date.
International Delivery
The buyer is responsible for any local taxes or duty on items shipped outside of the UK.
Orders placed for delivery outside of Great Britain will be subject to a £15 administration fee in addition to any additional shipping charges. For further information, including estimated shipping costs and delivery times, please contact our Customer Service team on 0330 660 0599.
Bank Holidays
Please note that orders placed before a UK Bank Holiday will require extra time for delivery. If a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday, then orders placed after 1pm on the Thursday before will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
All sales are subject to our terms and conditions. On receipt of delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods and notify us within 14 days of any faults or defects that are found. Upon receiving the receipt, it will take 7-10 working days to process your return. When such goods are returned to us, they will be promptly repaired or replaced free of charge (see Returns Policy).
