- Blood Circulation Lights: These illuminate to simulate blood flow from the heart to the brain. Full illumination requires compressions over 100 per minute.
- Chest Compression Lights: These indicate the volume of blood circulated based on compression depth, fully lighting at depths over 5cm.
- CPR Quality Light: This light represents that blood is reaching the brain, requiring both correct depth and speed of compressions to fully illuminate.

- Oral and nasal passages for realistic nose pinching during rescue breaths
- Anatomical landmarks like sternum, ribcage, and sternal notch for proper hand positioning
